Become a profitable organization allowing us the freedom of taking advantage of real estate investment opportunities as they become available.
Recruit and hire self motivated, success oriented and hard working sales agents.
Maintain an office of at least 10 sales agents who meet the set requirements.
Develop a solid corporate identity in our specific targeted areas.

To establish good working relationship, working as a team and promote communication and suggestions from all participants.
Become one of the top property brokerage firms in operation within Kisumu, thereafter expanding to Nairobi and Kampala.

Last and most important is to sensitize investors especially the local community to have the knowledge and appreciate the city of Kisumu and its vast untapped resources.
We believe that we are working in line trying to obtain most of the above mentioned objectives.

The office enviroment we have provided is productively arranged yet inviting to our agents as well as our clients. There is a location in the office each day with a daily marketing routine/schedule to follow. Agents have the opportunity to be guided each day through a marketing plan to gain clients. They are also free to follow their own daily routines. We have purchased vehicles for most of our agents and staff to give them morale and stability.
